Who Is Ayesha Curry, Wife of Stephen Curry?

Ayesha Disa Curry was born on March 23, 1989, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She is an actress, cook, cookbook author, television star, and entrepreneur. Though born and raised in Toronto, Ayesha moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, at the age of 14, where she eventually met Stephen Curry.

The couple first crossed paths in a church youth group in North Carolina during their teenage years. However, their love story blossomed years later when they reconnected in Los Angeles. After dating, they moved back to Charlotte, North Carolina, where they were married on July 30, 2011.

Ayesha and Stephen are parents to four children: their daughter Riley Elizabeth, born in 2012, their second daughter, Ryan Carson, born in 2015, their son Canon W. Jack, born in 2018, and another son, Caius Chai, born in May 2024.

Family is undeniably one of Ayesha’s top priorities, and she often shares special moments with her husband and children with her more than 7.6 million Instagram followers.

In 2017, she opened her first restaurant, International Smoke, and authored a New York Times bestselling cookbook, The Seasoned Life.
